Calm Alchemist has been a vision of mine for a very long time, and it has finally culminated in a way that has embodied all of my training, experience, and passions to help women transform for the better, being able to thrive, not living in constant stress and the chaos of survival mode.
Alchemist means “To Transform Something for the Better” Bringing out, recognising, accepting, and embodying your absolute best version of you.
Calm is to soothe, recalibrate, relax, moving back into a space of presence, mindfulness, and the ability to think creatively, using inspiration and solutions that cannot present themselves when in fight, flight or freeze. As well as offering the body time, time, and space to heal, repair, rest, digest and regenerate.

All Facials include my therapeutic range of OKEONI organic skin care, essential oils, flower essences, singing bowls sound bath, hot stones, massage and steaming.
All Sound Healing involves using sound instruments on and with your body to bring it back into a state of deep relaxation, alignment, and homeostasis, naturally and organically settling the mind and body.
Flower Essence Therapy works on releasing blockages on an emotional level to be able to make the changes needed for your own evolution and growth. Helping to recognise, accept and shift emotional and energetic imbalances that undermine your life.
Sound Reiki helps to reunite with universal life force, providing a deep sense of calm, healing and retrieval.
Sound Reflexology to activate whole body meridians from the sole of the feet, using sound, essential oils and massage.
Colour Analysis and Styling involve getting to know the colours and shapes determined by your natural makeup that enhance and captivate the real essence of you.
Skin Analysis to determine what messages are there within your skin that relate to your overall health, correcting the imbalances, and reigniting your skins natural glow, naturally.
LED light therapy to activate your own cellular repair and regeneration, helps alleviate scarring, dehydration and pigmentation.
