Hi, I am Ashley. I am so grateful you have made it here. I’m here to guide you and empower you through your healing journey - mind, body and soul. I started Soaring Sparrow Healing because I felt the call to create deeper connections with women. To empower others to stand in their authentic truth and embody the power to share their authentic voice. For years, I felt that I had to be who everyone else wanted me to be, in order to be loved or even liked, I had to please everyone. I would conform to what and who I thought others wanted me to be. My own journey within self-discovery started around 2006. I started to learn about spirituality and it changed my life. At the time it helped me start to process my depression and anxiety. It helped me understand the trauma and childhood woundings that had occurred. It put me on my soul path to becoming the shamanic practitioner I am today. I know how important authenticity is, also how hard it can be when you feel lost. Being able to set boundaries and having the power to walk away, or change situations we are in is possible. I am here to empower women and show them that their voice matters. Creating a deeper understanding that you can love who you are as a person. To love all aspects of who you are is so much more than words and external validation. It is a full body somatic experience and it starts within you. Most importantly to know you have full permission to ask for what you desire.

Soaring Sparrow empowers you to align within authentic power while speaking your authentic truth. Claiming back who you are on a soul level. In western culture, we have the highest rate of soul sickness. Soul sickness can manifest in many different ways.

Trauma, loss of purpose, anxiety, being disconnected from self, a sense of just feeling lost and unsure where to from here. These are all symptoms that there is something deeper happening. Powerful to understand these are just the symptoms of soul sickness.

As a Western Shaman, I journey with you to understand the root, the core of why these symptoms are occurring.
