Moksha refers to the transcendent state we experience when we attain ultimate liberation. Several teachings within the realm of Moksha philosophy mention that this liberation can be attained through many pathways but ultimately all pathways lead to one.
Moksha Pathways was built on the concept that we all have the opportunity to choose a pathway unique to our journey. That every pathway is divine because it is exactly what we may need to transform and awaken to our higher self and greatest potential. We believe that by being more intentional about balancing the mastery of our mind, the nourishment of our body, the connection to our spirit & the creation of our life, our unique pathway to moksha will be revealed.
So, what do these pathways really mean? I am going explain them in a bit more detail so that you might understand why they are important and how each divine pathway can support you on your unique journey to liberation.
Moksha Mind | Master Your Mind
“If I have not mastered my mind, my mind has mastered me.”
Moksha Mind is here to support us in mastering our mind, in mastering the emotions, thoughts and beliefs that can often cloud our reality. It is essentially where we can connect with our emotional intelligence and align with a deeper understanding of ourselves and others.
Our mind can have so much power over us when we do not take the time to consciously observe the thoughts we often confuse with who we are. The fears, the doubt, the judgment, the jealousy, the anger. All the emotions and beliefs that can without emotional intelligence block us from stepping into our truth, into our higher Self and our greatest potential.
When we begin to master these thoughts and beliefs we begin to see life more clearly. We begin to take back the power to discern the real from the unreal, truth from illusion.
Moksha Body | Nourish Your Body
“This vessel is a temple. When I nourish my body, my body nourishes me.”
Moksha Body is here to support us in nourishing our body, in discovering beautiful movement, practises, rituals, routines, products, activities that are supportive of our temple.
It is so easy to get caught up in the hustle of life that we often forget that our body is what fuels us to be able to hustle. Everything else feels so much more important than sticking to the practises that nourish us. Self-care, exercise, nutritious food, sleep, healthy environments. All the things we really need to thrive, go out the door.
Nourishment can mean so many different things to different people. So, what is most important is finding what works for us as unique beings. Finding what is most supportive for our beautiful body.
Moksha Spirit | Connect to Spirit
“My greatest potential exists beyond the mind and body, beyond limitation.”
Moksha Mind is here to support us in connecting to spirit, connecting to something greater then ourselves and our physical body. A deeper connection to energy & intuition and the power it holds to take us beyond what we thought possible.
There is this part of us that sits beyond the mind and body. Quietly observing our choices and our actions. Quietly guiding us towards our greatest potential but when life gets too fast, loud and heavy it is difficult to hear, to feel, to connect with this powerful force that’s purpose is to see us thrive and flow through life with ease. When we slow down, listen and connect we allow this innate wisdom flow through us.
Moksha Life | Create a Liberated Life
“I am the conscious creator of my life and I choose liberation as my creation. “
Moksha life is here to support us in creating a liberated life, in taking the power back in our hands to be the conscious creator of our lives. To connect with what it is that makes us feel alive, with what aligns with our unique purpose.
We hold so much power to create the life of our dreams. To connect to our purpose and our greatest potential when we begin to take the time to learn what this means for us as wildly unique souls. To connect with our innate power to make conscious choices that align with our most liberated life in every moment!
