ABOUT
When something impacts your life in way that feels inexplainable, all your soul does is yearn to share it with the world.
That is what energy healing and everything in the wellness space has done for me.
After a traumatic event in my life, I was pushed into a corner to make a choice,
1) Fall into a deep depression fueled by drugs, alcohol and poor life decisions
or
2) Rise above, heal, take the hard road and gain knowledge/experince/lessons to bring to the world, about the emotions I felt, and how I overcame them.
In turn, this narative is where my motto came from. “To offer alternative healing in the mainstream world”.
This is my why.

Energetic Mentoring is an important part of the energetic healing process and a necessary starting point for 1:1 services with Well and Balanced.
Our approach to energetic healing is not just about addressing physical symptoms, but also about addressing the root cause of the issue.
This is where Energetic Mentoring comes in.
We will work together to identify any energetic blockages or imbalances that may be contributing to your physical or emotional symptoms. Through a combination of coaching and teaching you skills, we will guide you through the process of releasing these blockages and restoring balance to your energy system.
Energetic Mentoring is not just a one-time session, but rather an ongoing process of self-discovery and growth.
We will work together to develop a personalized plan that includes regular check-ins and support to ensure that you are making progress towards your goals.
Energy Healing
Energy healing facilitates a healing process by clearing blockages in energy fields it also helps to repair and rebalance energy so the body can shift back into it’s optimal state to begin healing itself.
Energy healing can also help identify “issues” before they manifest as pain or other ailments in the physical body.
This offering includes mixed modalities including reiki, eft, meridian work, chakra cleansing and more.
Sound Healing 1:1
Sound healing is a very powerful modality in the holistic space. Understanding the dance between having control of your mind and submitting to the sounds and words of the safe space that you are gathered in, is a priceless gift this service has the power to offer you.
Enjoying the sounds of crystal & Tibetan bowls, shamanic drums, Koshi chimes, ancient Tibetan gong and more, this service offers a moment of peace for you and your mind.
