ABOUT
I am a certified menstrual cycle coach and social worker with two decades of experience of supporting people with change. Using a combination of science and spirituality I support women to come home to themselves. We do this via one to one coaching sessions, which are future focussed but also use a combination of menstrual story work, nourishing your menstrual eco system, cycle awareness and coaching to support women to meet their own cycle intentions.
OFFERINGS
1:1 cycle coaching
I offer a 4 month coaching package to deep dive into your cycle, uncover what is working and what needs tweaking to support you to improve your relationship with your cycle, your body and yourself.
Online or in person cycle awareness workshops
I provide bespoke workshops online or face to face for people who want to deep dive into menstrual cycle awareness in a group.
School workshops
I offer period positive workshops in schools in south wales, UK, to support children to understand the menstrual cycle.
